Allow customizing dictionary of random words

(sorry for the initially empty issue, keyboard shortcuts got me)

This is a very "first world problems" request, but I run a project for a very specific niche, and people would get a real kick out of seeing migrations named after popular concepts in our community. Any chance we could be able to customize the adjectives/heroes arrays seen in the screenshot?

If that's not possible, how terrible of an idea would it be to change the name of the generated migration file (and also update it in `meta/_journal.json`)?
