Description
If Drizzle-orm implements fulltextIndex as suggested [here](https://github.com/drizzle-team/drizzle-orm/pull/449), Drizzle-kit would need to implement it as well, as suggested in [this comment](https://github.com/drizzle-team/drizzle-orm/pull/449#issuecomment-1604284434).
