Add support for custom proxy settings for all/some S3 endpoints

Description
As suggested by @thomashoell , for all/some S3 endpoints, a proxy may have to be used. This has to be implemented by using a custom HTTP client, see https://aws.github.io/aws-sdk-go-v2/docs/configuring-sdk/custom-http/
