Request to Update Vimium Plugin Style

### Description:
Dear Maintainers,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to discuss the current style of the Dracula Vimium plugin within this repository. It has been several years since the style was last updated, and I believe it is starting to look dated.

In light of this, I would like to propose an update to the style to ensure it remains modern and visually appealing. I have been working on a modification to the style that I believe would greatly improve its appearance. (Is still in progress)


I would be more than happy to contribute these changes to the repository.
