Issue with Sublime Text 4 and PHP

Description
As you can see in the attached screenshot, I'm getting some really odd syntax highlighting in my PHP files specifically on the `namespace` and `use` statements. Everything else appears fine.
Is there a config/setting that I am missing, or is this an unintentional bug?
