Steam API: v020
Steam package versions: 1676336721
It seems to be an issue specific to library.css. If I comment out `@import 'customlibrary.css'` the issue persists. It only resolves if I rename library.css to something else and restore steamlibrary.css to just library.css. 1010.css seems to be working fine.
