Factors that go into ranking ordered by impact:
1. How requested it is
3. Whether the mod is actively updated
4. Complexity of the mod's GUIs
5. How well the mod supports resourcepacks
6. Popularity of the mod
7. Licensing (Open licenses are preferred)
8. Quantity GUI elements such as icons or buttons
9. Modloader (Favored slightly if Fabric/Quilt or multi-loader)
10. Where the mod is available (Favored slightly if on Modrinth)
