Description
Using Dracula GTK makes it so Google Chrome internal pages are in light mode.
Trying to set `gtk-application-prefer-dark-theme` to 1 does nothing.

- Dracula GTK Version: `dracula-gtk-theme v3.0.2(AUR)`
- Chrome Version: `Version 99.0.4844.51 (Official Build) (64-bit)(AUR)`
- GTK3 Version: `1:3.24.33-1`
- Linux version: `Linux myriad 5.15.26-1-lts #1 SMP Wed, 02 Mar 2022 - 18:33:39 +0000 x86_64 GNU/Linux`

Research direction
Reproduce the light-mode behavior with Dracula GTK v3.0.2, Chrome 99.0.4844.51, GTK3 3.24.33-1, and the reported Linux kernel, then compare it with gtk-application-prefer-dark-theme set to 1. Identify whether the GTK theme can affect Chrome internal pages; done means the issue is fixed or the limitation is documented.
