Rename folder command missed in instructions

When you are downloading arhieve from github and extract it you have `gtk_master` folder(repo name and branch) this is complitely different from `Dracula`. So gsettings command will not work because directory is wrong. I think mv command should be in instructions.

Locate the repository's installation instructions and identify the commands for an extracted GitHub archive. Verify the documented folder name and add the needed rename step so the subsequent gsettings command targets Dracula; done when the instructions work with the archive's default folder.
