Hi guys, for this step:
Go to %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Packages\49306atecsolution.FilesUWP_et10x9a9vyk8t\LocalState\
- do we need to create the folder 49306... or should be present already, as it is not on my PC
- getting folder NA error on Windows Run panel.
