Description
Submitting a new theme for [ruTorrent](https://github.com/Novik/ruTorrent), the web front-end for [rTorrent](https://github.com/rakshasa/rtorrent).

The mobile plugin brings a light/dark setting no theme can remove, so its light side uses Alucard from the spec rather than an inversion. Every colour is held to the spec by a test. Covers the desktop interface and the mobile plugin, back to ruTorrent 5.0.0, with no image files — every glyph is an inline SVG.
