Dracula theme for Claude Code CLI

Submitting a new theme for the [Claude Code](https://claude.com/product/claude-code) CLI.

Built from the [template](https://github.com/dracula/template), using the official palette mapped to Claude Code's custom theme JSON format. It sets all 72 color tokens the CLI exposes, so nothing falls back to a non-Dracula default. You install it by copying `Dracula.json` into `~/.claude/themes/` and picking it with `/theme` command.

One question. [`dracula/claude-code`](https://github.com/dracula/claude-code) already covers the desktop app and claude.ai, where Dracula is built in and needs no files. The terminal CLI has its own themes. That's why I opened this as a new port. If you'd rather keep one page for both, I can send it as a PR to `dracula/claude-code` instead and close this. Let me know which you prefer.
