[Future] add manual "add recipe"

Make a page, where the user can add a recipe manually, without the URL
- It's probably better if those won't get into the shared storage, but eventually, it wouldn't hurt.

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by surveying the existing recipe-entry and storage flows, then clarify whether manually added recipes are shared; done means a page supports all listed fields and the persistence behavior is agreed.
