Description

A new element coming with meteors. Its elemental staes are reverset compared to normal materials.

It becomes highly ionized in liquid state or in aqueous environments.
And in gaseous state, it seems to emit radiations capable of altering materials it comes in contact with.
When aqueous certus solution is heated to reach solid state, certus tries to form bonds with any possible element contained in the solution, dissolving everything that touches its’ environment. If successful, new material not following the normal laws of physics is created. Otherwise, certus solidifies into a super solid releasing all of (anti)electrons to the outside world resulting in a boom.
