Voiceover says "unchecked" after checking reCAPTCHA

While using voiceover, when checking the reCAPTCHA checkbox, voiceover responds with "You are verified I'm not a robot, unchecked, checkbox".

**Steps to reproduce:**
1. Go to the example linked below
2. Turn on voice over
3. Tab to reCAPTCHA checkbox
4. Hit enter or your voiceover's click function on keyboard

**Expected behavior:**
Voiceover should notify the user that the reCAPTCHAs checkbox is checked.
