模板excel导入数据时，如果l模板填写字段有问题，windows中错误信息是中文，但是在linux系统中显示为英文（版本2.7.4.5）

通过magicodes.ie生成一个execl模板，模板一个枚举为非空必填。
execl文件枚举字段为空，导入模板数据报错。
