使用2.6.4版本

使用2.6.6版本以及至最新版本2.6.8版本

会发现第二图，“部门编号”被排到第一列，但内容其实是“上级部门”，其他列也类似

程序没有任何改动，替换一下不同版本就会出现导出的文件内容不一致的问题
