Description

Currently, the `xharness-runner.apple.sh` is run on Helix with elevated privileges (`sudo`).

This is causing `devicectl` to complain: `Running devicectl with elevated privileges via sudo is unlikely to work properly. Please do not do this.`

Investigate if we really need to run the xHarness apple runner with sudo.

Research direction

Start by inspecting xharness-runner.apple.sh and how Helix invokes it. Check the runner behavior with and without sudo, including the reported devicectl warning. Done means establishing whether elevated privileges are required and documenting or applying the appropriate invocation change.
