Hi there,
i love this transform since it was developed in the SlowCheetah project.
but 1 thing is still missing in my opinion:
`xdt:Transform="Upsert"`
which means [update or insert](https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/upsert) in words or maybe fully written **UpdateOrInsert** to follow the line of **InsertIfMissing**
what do you think? will it be possible?
