Description
WPF ships tasks and targets in their SDK that support building for older versions of WPF.
It's clear from https://github.com/dotnet/wpf/pull/9584 that we're missing test coverage for building with the latest WPF SDK bits and targeting older frameworks.
WPF should add tests that validate it still builds apps correctly for older frameworks.
