When exporting data into excel, we are exception thrown on Microsoft Interop Excel in Net Core 3.1

**Problem description:**
When exporting data into excel, we are facing the exception is thrown on Microsoft Interop Excel in Net Core 3.1, the same code works fine in WPF Framework.
