WPF bug with FlowDocumentReader Context Menu

When user right click on FlowDocumentReader (with existing content), opens context menu, but if user right click again in another place on same FlowDocumentReader (not closing previous context menu), context menu opens again, but all menu items are disabled.

Remarks: this bug does not reproduce if open .xaml file with FlowDocument in Internet Explorer. You need to create a new WPF app, to reproduce this bug.
