Add property to hide Toolbar's Overflow

Currently we have to [override the style](https://stackoverflow.com/questions/1050953/wpf-toolbar-how-to-remove-grip-and-overflow) in order to hide the overflow button. But there should be a property to hide it similar to hide the grip. This is a frequently asked feature.
