This nuget package https://dotnetfeed.blob.core.windows.net/dotnet-windowsdesktop/flatcontainer/runtime.win-x86.microsoft.windowsdesktop.app/3.0.0-preview5-27610-56/runtime.win-x86.microsoft.windowsdesktop.app.3.0.0-preview5-27610-56.nupkg contains PresentationNative, D3DCompiler, and WpfGfx, which I understand are meant to be released using the .NET Library License, not the MIT license as their presence in this package would suggest.
I suggest documenting the licensing of these components somewhere in the package.
