[DataGrid] ArgumentNullException in UIElementAutomationPeer in .Net framework 4.8

### Description

I am developing a app in WPF using .Net framework 4.8. I am getting this error when I edit and commit a cell. I have found that this issue is solved in .Net 6 according to this [https://github.com/dotnet/wpf/issues/9427]. Is there anywork around is available for this issue other than .Net 4.8 as migration to .Net 6?

### Reproduction Steps

Enable cell editing in WPF datagrid, call

```
dataGrid.CellEditEnding -= DataGrid_TechDef_CellEditEnding;
datagrid.CommitEdit();
dataGrid.CellEditEnding += DataGrid_TechDef_CellEditEnding;
```

in cell editing ending event.

This will throw an exception.

### Expected behavior

The cell data has to be commited and no exception is expected.

### Actual behavior

An new exception is thrown with message as shown in description
