The [Power BI Docker EOL Usage report](https://msit.powerbi.com/groups/de8c4cb8-b06d-4af8-8609-3182bb4bdc7c/reports/98fbbdff-fe2c-4acd-b574-223be8b5b520?ctid=72f988bf-86f1-41af-91ab-2d7cd011db47&pbi_source=linkShare&bookmarkGuid=b9834f51-7a38-41ef-af72-b1e8fce8c07f) (Microsoft internal link) shows that wpf is using the opensuse-15.2-helix-amd64 image in a number of branches. OpenSuse 15.4 went EOL on 07 Dec 2023. Please upgrade to the OpenSuse 15.6 image added with https://github.com/dotnet/dotnet-buildtools-prereqs-docker/pull/1227.
