For better transparency, we want to make sure in the future, that we mark issues, we're supposed to be working on as "blocked by". Often, they are blocked by internal issues, which cannot be directly reference.

In that case, we use this issue to refer to those.
If we can disclose, we'd comment in the issue more about the specific context (for example, where there are certain Designer dependencies).

This issue is needed for a CCA CLI/GH CLI automation prototype for the time being.
