### Steps to reproduce

@Olina-Zhang, I noticed this while working on an internal test app. I did not have the time to check, if this is a breaking change, or if it ever regressed in .NET or if this is a double. This would be a nasty one, and if this is true (I am running currently in 150%, so it might also be a HighDPI issue, but I am running in SystemAware, not in PMV2), we should get this comparatively quickly addressed (in .NET 9) and also service this. @merriemcgaw FYI.
