Description
WCP packages should be auto-updated. Otherwise those package dependencies in the Microsoft.Windows.Compatibility package would be stale: https://github.com/dotnet/windowsdesktop/blob/bc8be622a210dcdd891afee524f5ac72797a85b7/eng/Versions.props#L65
Presumably that could be accomplished by using dependabot in the repository.
