### Description

Run into errors while opening the solution: Error: Could not find file 'C:\User\*******\AppData\Local\Programs\Git\MyConsoleApp.sln'

### dotnet --info

Following the given steps is giving error in a new dialog -> Run into errors while opening the solution: Error: Could not find file 'C:\User\*******\AppData\Local\Programs\Git\MyConsoleApp.sln'
It is creating file MyConsoleApp.slnx outside of the folder 'MyConsoleApp'; even though I chose the option to create .sln file instead of .slnx file; at the same time no MyConsoleApp.sln file is created anywhere.
