Default ports in Blazor tutorial blocked by Chrome/Edge browser and/or AVG antivirus

Problem encountered on https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/aspnet/blazor-tutorial/run#
Operating System: windows10, 21H1, 19043.1586

Chrome, Edge or possibly my antivirus (Avg) throw an "ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED" or "ERR_UNSAFE_PORT" when trying to use the default port used in the Blazor tutorial.
Suggest a little bit more help information on dealing with this in the tutorial ?, or selecting a more friendly port setting ?. I edited the default port in "C:\BlazorApp\Properties\launchSettings.json to 8080, just to run the tutorial, all was good for the demo.
