Website says download the SDK 8.0.415, but it's downloading SDK 8.0.121

### Description

I'm trying to update my .NET 8 SDK, then I updated my Visual Studio 2022 Community, which did not update the SDK version.

Then I tried to download it, but the main [Download .NET](https://dotnet.microsoft.com/pt-br/download) page is picking the wrong link to download SDK version (and on the UI showing the correct one).

Also, the [Download .NET 8](https://dotnet.microsoft.com/pt-br/download/dotnet/8.0) page is showing the wrong order of the SDKs.

I managed to download and install the correct version, but I believe this is not the intended behaviour, that's why i'm opening this issue.
