### Description
Windows Server 2012 R2 系统环境，安装了 x64 版本的 SDK 8.0.414 后，部署在 IIS 中的相关站点（.NET 8.0 WepApi项目）还是不能访问，IIS报错，没有相关的处理程序，然后下载安装 ASP.NET Core 运行时 8.0.20 之后，才可以正常访问。因此，怀疑 SDK 8.0.414 包含的 ASP.NET Core 运行时 8.0.20 好像不完整，请核查。
