Creating or Building a Project don't work.

### Description

When I start to create a project I get this:

Now I tried to create a blazor project with dotnet new command and have my Project Structure as I wanted. I now tried to do build but it also resulted in a similarily looking error. But the command dotnet build works fine and I can start the website. So dotnet works on my mac.

Also my intellisense isn't working:

### dotnet --info
Works perfectly fine
