### Describe what you'd like to see

A typical Linux user who does not want or cannot use a package manager will just look at the binaries column and completely miss the option of the dotnet-install script, because they would have no reason to scan past "Linux" in the table.

I would suggest reorganizing the table in a way that a newcomer would see the script as the second suggestion after package manager, and the individual binary packages as the last resort.

### Additional context

This suggestion is based on a real case of a missed opportunity due to how downloads were presented on the website.
