C#: BlazorApp [Default Configuration] not available in Debug

### Description

Trying to follow the tutorial, but failed at launching the app in the step
"Run your app".

Looks like the configuration C#: BlazorApp [Default Configuration] is not there - only C#, C# (more options) and such.
When I picked C# and my application, the debugging started.

Maybe the extension updated, and the site hasn't been.
