### Description
Following the tutorial to create the first MAUI app, when attempting to run the app on the Android Emulator (Step 3: Run the app), the build succeeds, but the Android emulator fails to launch, or it hangs indefinitely on "Waiting for emulator to start...".
Symptoms: Visual Studio says "Running..." but nothing happens.
Attempted fixes: Restarting Visual Studio, restarting computer, checking Hyper-V settings.
Suspected issue: Tutorial does not explicitly mention that Android Emulator requires Hardware Accelerated Execution Manager (HAXM) on Intel, or that Hyper-V conflicts need to be resolved via "Windows Hypervisor Platform" for AMD/Windows 11.
