Using .sln does not allow for following the Blazor tutorial

The instructions on "Create your app" state to select .sln as as the file type. However, there were a few issues:

1. The video displayed uses .slnx.
2. If .sln is selected, you are unable to view the contents of the solution within Solution Explorer.
3. You are unable to set the launch configuration for the debugger to Blazor.
