### Description

Following the Blazor tutorial, installing VS Code and configuring it according to the instructions provided, there comes a point where the tutorial has the user make a change, then "Apply the change to the app by clicking the Hot Reload button." No such button exists in VS Code, or if it does, I don't know where it is.

This makes the tutorial feel sloppy.
