Description
The old bug [UWP Xamarin.Forms cannot use System.ServiceModel.Http NuGet Package](https://github.com/dotnet/wcf/issues/3088) is still there, despite being closed.
It does not seem possible to reopen it.
Currently I have.
- Microsoft.NETCore.UniversalWindowsPlatform 6.2.13.
- System.ServiceModel.Http 4.5.3. (latest update 4.9.0).
