Remote OS: Fedora 42
VSCode version: Version: 1.103.0-insider (system setup) (Commit: `ec0f0be4a71892d46a136811f5a5c160f032f129`)
Extensions: `josetr.cmake-language-support-vscode` (depends `ms-dotnettools.vscode-dotnet-runtime`)

### Expected Behavior

The dependent extension can work successfully, since the `dotnet` executable can run and all prerequisites for .NET are satisfied.
