Description

### Describe the bug.

Cancel does not work with command .NET Install Tool - Install the .NET SDK System-Wide

### Please attach log file(s) here if you have any.

The log file location should be copied to your clipboard if you came from VS Code.

### Reproduction Steps

1. Run the command .NET Install Tool - Install the .NET SDK System-Wide, the newest stable version of .NET is shown up
2. Press 'Esc' to cancel it and observe the result

### Expected Behavior

Acquire .NET SDK is canceled correctly.

### Exceptions & Errors (if any)

Cancel does not work.
