VSCode error while creating new maui project

### Describe the bug.

This error occurred while I tried to create a new MAUI app on my MAC Computer

### Reproduction Steps

point to a blank directory, click "Create new .Net project" in explorer, select MAUI-App in command, point to an empty directory and type the name and hit "create new maui app"

### Expected Behavior

Get the new (demo) project
