Description

### Describe the bug.

When i'm trying to download .NET SDK 8 at visual studio code i seems pretty good but at the last second of the downloading it starts to make it's way back to the 0 and the icon on the hotbar is glowing red instead of green.

### Reproduction Steps

I'm sorry if I write it wrong but i'm not good at english and i dont know what reproduction steps mean

Click download at vs code wait a about a 3 minutes.
After this time the download bar will go backwards and the icon on hotbar will turn red after this in vs code you will get an error

It should download normally
