My VSCode is always having Permission Problems even though I open it with sudo code ,

### Describe the bug.

i reinstalled and now im having prolbems even installing dependencies for .NET 8.0

The log file location should be copied to your clipboard if you came from VS Code.

### Reproduction Steps

Terminal -> sudo code .
Default-> code .
Note OS: Mac M1 (ARM 64)
(All have permission problems)

### Expected Behavior

Does not have problem in running and compiling
