DotNetApp Extension Issue

When installing Dot Net App for VS Code, following happened

An error occurred while installing .NET: .NET Acquisition Failed: Installation failed: & : File C:\Users\Desmondsiu\.vscode\extensions\ms-dotnettools.vscode-dotnet-runtime-2.0.0\dist\install
scripts\dotnet-install.ps1 cannot be loaded. The contents of file
C:\Users\Desmondsiu\.vscode\extensions\ms-dotnettools.vscode-dotnet-runtime-2.0.0\dist\install
scripts\dotnet-install.ps1 might have been changed by an unauthorized user or process, because the hash of the file
