Add support to more Distros for global SDK installs.

We need to add more than just Ubuntu. The first one we should add is RHEL. Next, based on user usage data, we should add Debian, CentOS, and Fedora. We should also create a document for users to add their own distro to the supported distros for installation and have a process for this. We also need to have a testing plan to test each version and distro pair that we support to make sure the install works.
