Opening Open Changes -> Open Changes With Previous Version raise Request textDocument/semanticTokens/range failed.

## Issue Description ##
I have C# dev kit disabled and use omnisharp, I have also tried with C# dev Kit but popup a different error message.

When Open Changes -> Open Changes With Previous Version or anything like this raises Request textDocument/semanticTokens/range failed.

## Steps to Reproduce ##

1. Open a csproj with git versions
2. Select the file from the explorer and click DX -> Open Changes -> Open Changes With Previous Version
3. Close the diff page
4. Click on the file
5. A message appears with `Request textDocument/semanticTokens/range failed`

## Expected Behavior ##
No errors

## Actual Behavior ##
Intellisense is broken, moving up/down continuously pops up the message
