Suggestion: Use current state of debugger options when generating launch.json

Type: Bug

You can chose between
- internalConsole
- integratedTerminal
- externalTerminal

but none of these settings influence the setting in the .vscode/launch.json file.
There it keeps the default internalConsole.
Even if you regenerate the launch.json file
