## Issue Description ##
OmniSharp crashes with System.AccessViolationException

## Steps to Reproduce ##
Opened my .Net 6 solution folder (containing a Razor Pages project, Razor Class Library, several other class libraries and xunit projects)
Hit F5 to start debugging

## Expected Behavior ##
OmniSharp doesn't crash

## Actual Behavior ##
OmniSharp crashes with a System.AccessViolationException
